The school policy is not to release the student's certificate of completion and attest to taking the state board exam until all applicable tuition has been completely remitted to the school. I as a student agreed to the school policy not to release my program completion certificate and approve me for the State exam until all required payment has been completed and certified per the school policy.

Be Aware that

This payment agreement is an interest-free arrangement, and it is free of billing charges where applicable. I do understand that if any of my payment schedules exceeds 5 days late, 10% will be added to my monthly finance charge.

Finance charges will accrue from the original charge date. The fee is enforced to keep costs at a reasonable level, thus preventing frequent increases in the fees for the services provided.
